At Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your scent, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
